Grassroots Consulting CC trading as Real Development was established in October 2006 as a private SMME training and consulting firm based in Port Elizabeth, but operating throughout the country. We specialize in the provision of general small business management training and mentoring programmes, coaching programmes for growth oriented SMMEs as well as a range of BDS (Business Development Services).
Real Development is 100% black-owned and managed and holds an associate database of seasoned SMME development practitioners, all whom are HDI’s and have specialised skills that when brought together, provides an exhaustive bouquet of quality higher end consulting, training, mentorship and coaching interventions.
Through accreditation with the International Labour Organisation, Real Development also provides a focal point role for the Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Program in South Africa and regularly conducts programme improvement, materials development and Training of Trainers programmes throughout the country and beyond.
